Cybercart Trade-Up Program - Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 22, 2025

By participating in the Cybercart Trade-Up Program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Submission of a trade-in application form will be deemed as your full acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms.

1. Program Overview & Period

The Program allows customers to trade in an eligible used product in exchange for a partial refund and a bonus accessory bundle following the purchase of a new Cybercart electric model.

  • Program Name: Cybercart Trade-up Program
  • Program Duration: This is a limited-time offer, valid from September 22, 2025, through October 31, 2025, ending at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). All qualifying applications and purchases must be initiated within this period.

2. Eligibility

  • Geographic Scope: To participate, the delivery address for the new Cybercart purchase and the return shipping address for the trade-in unit must both be valid, physical addresses located within the contiguous United States. This Program is not available for shipments to or from Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Eligible New Purchase: This offer is valid only for the purchase of a new Cybercart electric model from our official website. Purchases made as part of a bundle offer are not eligible for this Program.
  • Eligible Trade-In Products: The complete list of eligible models is published on the Program's official webpage. All trade-ins must be accompanied by their essential accessories as defined in Section 5 below.

3. Program Mechanism, Offer, & Deadlines

This Program operates on a post-purchase refund model. A customer must first complete the online trade-in application, then purchase a new Cybercart electric at full price.

  • Bonus Accessories: To be eligible for the free accessory bundle (valued at over $100), you must enter the designated promotion code (e.g., "TRADEPERK") at checkout when purchasing your new Cybercart. The accessory bundle is shipped with your new Cybercart.
  • "Good Faith" Policy & Authorization to Charge: By accepting the free accessory bundle, you affirm that you are participating in this program in good faith and fully intend to ship your eligible trade-in unit. You acknowledge and agree that the accessory bundle is provided conditional upon the completion of your trade-in. If you fail to ship your trade-in unit within the 30-day deadline, you authorize Alphard Golf to charge your original method of payment for the full Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the accessory bundle you received.
  • Trade-In Shipment Deadline: You must ship your trade-in unit using the provided pre-paid label within 30 days of the delivery date of your new Cybercart. If the trade-in unit is not shipped within this 30-day period, the trade-in offer will be voided.
  • Refund: After the trade-in unit is received and inspected by our logistics partner, a partial refund corresponding to the final determined trade-in value will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. Trade-In Value

A preliminary trade-in value is provided based on the information you submit in the online application form. This value is an estimate and is not guaranteed. The final refund amount is determined solely by our physical inspection of the unit we receive. The final value is based on a validation of the trade-in unit's model, age, and condition against the information provided in your application.

5. Condition, Age, and Ineligible Units

Definition of "Working" Condition

To be classified as "Working," a trade-in unit must meet all of the following criteria upon our physical inspection:

  1. Powers On: The unit successfully powers on.
  2. Responds to Commands: The unit's wheels move in response to commands from its onboard controls and/or its remote control.
  3. Includes Essential Accessories: The unit is returned with all of the following: its compatible battery, its compatible battery charging cable, and its remote control (if the model was originally sold with one).

Exception for Alphard Golf Club Booster: For Club Booster models, the battery and charger are not required and should not be sent.

A unit that fails to meet any one of these criteria will be classified as "Not Working."

Definition of "Within 3 Years"

To qualify as "Within 3 Years," a unit's age must be verified by a valid proof of purchase showing a purchase date on or after July 1, 2022. If no valid proof of purchase is provided, the unit will be automatically classified as "+3 years" old. A valid proof of purchase is an official document that explicitly names the product model being traded in (e.g., a sales receipt or order confirmation email).

Policy on Ineligible Units

If we receive a unit that was misrepresented in the application or is not on our official list of eligible models, it will be deemed ineligible for any trade-in value ($0 refund). We will notify you by email and hold the unit for 30 days. Within this period, you may request to have the unit shipped back to you at your own expense, covering both the initial and return shipping costs. If no request is made within 30 days, the unit will be responsibly recycled.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping Responsibilities

  • Shipping Label: A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the return of the trade-in unit.
  • Customer's Responsibility: The customer is responsible for securely packaging the trade-in unit in box provided.
  • Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the trade-in unit transfers to Alphard Golf once the unit has been accepted by the shipping carrier and the tracking status for the provided pre-paid label becomes active.

7. Program Restrictions

Offer Limitations

  • No Combination with Other Offers: This Program cannot be combined with any other monetary discounts.
  • One Trade-In Per Purchase: Only one (1) trade-in unit may be applied per one (1) new Cybercart electric purchase.

Returns Policy for Trade-In Purchases

Any Cybercart purchased under this Program is subject to our standard return policy. If you return your new Cybercart for a refund after your trade-in has been completed (i.e., a refund has been issued), your final refund amount will be adjusted. It will be calculated as the original purchase price paid, minus the full trade-in value you received, and minus a non-refundable $60 trade-in processing fee. Furthermore, the free accessories you received must also be returned in new, unused condition. If the accessories are not returned or are returned in a used condition, their full Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all completed trade-ins are final and your old unit cannot be returned to you.

8. General Terms

Modification and Authority

  • Right to Modify or Cancel: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time.
  • Final Authority: All decisions regarding eligibility, valuation, and compliance with these Terms are at our sole discretion and are final.
