Cybercart Trade-up Program - Everything you need to know

General Program Information

1. What is the Cybercart Trade-up Program? +

The Cybercart Trade-up Program is a limited-time offer that allows you to trade in an eligible used electric golf caddy for a partial refund and a bonus accessory bundle following your purchase of a new Cybercart electric.

2. How long is the program available? +

The program runs from September 22, 2025, through October 31, 2025. You must complete your online application and purchase your new Cybercart within this period.

3. Who is eligible to participate? +

To be eligible, the shipping address for your new Cybercart and the collection address for your trade-in unit must both be located within the contiguous United States.

4. Which new product must I purchase to be eligible? +

This program is exclusively for customers purchasing a new Cybercart electric model directly from our official website. Please note that bundle offers are not eligible.

5. What products can I trade in? +

You can trade in a wide range of models from Alphard Golf and other major brands. The complete, official list of eligible models is available on the trade-in values page.

6. What if my trade-in model isn't on the eligible list? +

Unfortunately, only the specific models on our official list are eligible. Please see the question below about what happens if an ineligible unit is sent to us.

7. How does the process work in simple steps? +

Apply Online

Fill out the trade-in application form on our website to get a preliminary value estimate and a unique Trade-In Code.

Buy Your Cart

Purchase your new Cybercart electric at full price, making sure to enter both your Trade-In Code and the "TRADEPERK" discount code at checkout.

Ship Your Trade-In

Your new cart will arrive with your free accessories, a pre-paid return label, and a return box. Use them to send us your old unit within 30 days.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your trade-in, we will process the final refund to your original payment method.

8. How do I get the free accessory bundle? +

As a thank you for participating, you will receive a free accessory bundle valued at over $100. To be eligible, you must enter both your unique Trade-In Code and the promo code "TRADEPERK" at checkout. The bundle will be shipped to you with your new Cybercart.

9. What's the "Good Faith" policy for the free accessories? +

The accessory bundle is a gift for participating in the program in good faith. By accepting the accessories, you agree to complete the process by shipping your trade-in. If you fail to ship your unit within the 30-day deadline, our terms state that we reserve the right to charge you the full retail value of the accessories you received.

10. What is the detailed definition of a "Working" unit? +

This is a key part of our inspection. To be classified as "Working," your trade-in must meet all of the following criteria: it must power on, its wheels must move in response to controls/remote, and it must include its essential accessories (battery, charger, and remote, if applicable). The only exception is for Alphard Golf Club Booster models, which do not require a battery or charger.

11. How long do I have to ship my old unit back? +

You must ship your trade-in unit using the provided pre-paid label within 30 days of receiving your new Cybercart. If the unit isn't shipped within this timeframe, the trade-in offer will be voided.

12. When will I receive my refund? +

Once our facility receives your trade-in, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. After the inspection is complete, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

13. What happens if my trade-in is not in the condition I described? +

The value estimate you receive online is based on your submission. If our physical inspection shows that the model, condition, age, or included accessories do not match your description, we will adjust the final refund amount accordingly. All inspection decisions are final.

14. What happens if I send a model that is different from what I declared and it isn't on the approved list? +

If we receive a unit that is not on our official list of eligible models, it cannot be accepted for any trade-in value ($0 refund). We will notify you by email and hold the ineligible unit for 30 days, during which time you can have it shipped back at your own expense.

15. What do I need to qualify for the "< 3 Years" trade-in value? +

To qualify for the higher "< 3 Years" value, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (like a store receipt or online order confirmation email that names the product) showing a purchase date on or after July 1, 2022. If your cart was a gift, we recommend asking the original buyer for a copy of their receipt. If you cannot provide a valid proof of purchase, your cart is still eligible and will be valued in our "+3 Years" category.

Shipping Your Trade-In

16. What happens if my trade-in is lost or damaged in transit? +

You're covered. Once the tracking number on your pre-paid return label shows the package has been accepted by the carrier, it becomes our responsibility.

17. What exactly do I need to include when I send my trade-in? +

For Alphard Golf Club Booster: There is no need to include the battery or charger.

For all other brands: You MUST include the battery, the remote control (if it came with one), and the charging cable.

18. Do I need to find my own box to ship my old caddy back? +

No, we make it easy for you! We provide the return box for your old unit. To ensure a good fit for the wide variety of trade-in models, this may arrive in one of two ways: either as a larger outer box that your new Cybercart is shipped in (a "double box") or as a separate, flat-packed box. Please use the box we provide to ship your trade-in.

19. How can I track the status of my trade-in? +

You can use the tracking number on the pre-paid shipping label to see when your unit arrives at our facility. We will also send you email updates when your unit's inspection is complete.

Offer Rules & Restrictions

20. Can I combine the trade-in offer with other discount codes? +

No. This offer is a standalone promotion and cannot be combined with any other monetary discounts. The designated discount code ("TRADEPERK") is used to track your eligibility for the free accessories.

21. Can I return my new Cybercart for a refund after I've received my trade-in credit? +

Yes, but the refund will be adjusted. If you return your new Cybercart after the trade-in is completed, your refund will be the original price you paid, minus the trade-in credit you received, and minus a $60 processing fee. The free accessories must also be returned in new, unused condition, or their full retail value will be deducted from your refund.

22. Can I trade in more than one unit per order? +

The offer is limited to one trade-in unit per new Cybercart purchase. If you have multiple caddies you would like to trade in, you will need to complete a separate application and purchase for each one.
