Status Explanations

TRADE IN REGISTERED

Your application has been successfully registered and recorded for further processing.

ESTIMATED

Your trade-in is registered! Your next step is to purchase your new Cybercart with your trade-in code entered along with the discount code 'TRADEPERK'. We will ship it out and include a return label for your trade-in; ship your old unit to us within 30 days of receiving your new Cybercart.

ORDER PLACED

Your order number has been recorded. Your trade-in will be processed once your order is received.

VALIDATION COMPLETE

The inspection of your unit is complete! We are now processing the final refund based on the results. You will receive a confirmation email with the details shortly.

TRADE-IN COMPLETE

The trade-in process has been finalized. A confirmation with your refund details has been sent to your email.
