Your new Cybercart will arrive with your free accessories and a pre-paid return label. To ensure a perfect fit, we also provide a return box; depending on your trade-in model, this may be the outer box your new cart arrives in or a separate flat-packed box. Simply pack up your old unit and ship it back to us within 30 days.
Get Your Refund
Once your unit is received, our team will inspect it in 3-5 business days. Your refund will then be automatically processed back to your original payment method. An email will be sent to you with relevant details.

How do I get the higher "< 3 Years" value?
To qualify for the higher trade-in value for recent purchases (on or after July 1, 2022), you will be asked to provide a valid proof of purchase, like a receipt that clearly names the product.
Is this program available in all states?
This trade-in offer is available for customers within the contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to support trade-ins from Alaska and Hawaii.
What's 'Working' Condition?
To get the full "Working" value, caddies from other brands must include their battery, charger, and remote. Your Alphard Golf Club Booster does not require a battery.
How long do I have to ship my old caddy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your new Cybercart to ship your trade-in.
What's the deal with the free accessories?
The accessory bundle is a gift for participating in good faith. If you receive the accessories but do not ship your trade-in, we reserve the right to charge you their full retail value.
